Q.1: Which method of payment do you accept?

Q.2: How can I get a free trial?

Q.3: Do you support catch up?

unfortunately we don’t support catch up

Q.4: I get “Server (URL) connection timeout”, “Check playlist URL” or “No playlist uploaded” messages, when starting the app, while my playlist URL that works on my computer, other devices, and apps.?

In case of Check playlist URL Please add m3u file again then turn the TV off for 2 minutes to clear TV cache then turn the TV on.

Additionally, try reducing your playlist size by removing channels/movies (especially if you have LG series LG TV with limited memory). If your playlist doesn’t appear on TV or disappears after restart, try checking Save online box, when uploading the playlist. You can also try resetting Smart HUB or turn your TV off and on to clear the TV cache if you have Samsung TV.

TVs have limited memory available for app storage, so if your playlist is too big (~5 Mb), it will fail to save in TV’s memory.

Q.5: Can I use 2 devices at the same time?

Each line has only one connection, you can use only one device at a time, multiple IPs is ok. If you want to use your Tv when you are at home and your phone when you are outside it is ok, just remind you do not use 2 devices at the same time, your account may get blocked if you do it.
There is no multiple room subscription if you want to use 2 devices at the same time you should buy the second line.

Q.6: How many devices can I use with 1 account?

Using MAG or STB: Can not connect 2 MAC addresses to the same account.
Using M3u files: You can use one m3u file for multiple devices, but only one device at a time

Q.7: Do you have adult content? ( porn, xxx )

Our server provider doesn’t allow add xxx content. They will stop the server. So right now I removed all xxx channels. I hope you understand. Thank you!

Q.8: I made payment and confirm it but I didn’t receive my subscription yet

In some cases it depends on the time you paid, we deliver in some cases manually, so please be patient you’ll get your lines as soon as we confirm your payment received as friend or family.

Q.9: There are too many channels on my account, can I edit my m3u file?

if you think that you have too many channels you don’t need, please open your m3u file we have sent you, click the link to download the file, open it using your PC via text editor and remove all channels you don’t need.

Q.10: My account is still active but I’m having the plan to renew it, So do I need to wait till my account expired or it will plus time after an expired date?

You can renew anytime you want and it will be counted after your expired date.

Q.11: How can I change my device?

You can add virtual MAC address with STBemu app, MAG device, Dreamlink, BuzzTv under “MAC address” on our website then use the portal.
Remember you just can use 1 device at the same time on 1 line.

Q.12: What should I do when forgetting my password?

In case you forgot your password or your link, please contact us, we’ll reply as soon as possible, all you need to send us is your email or your order ID on Roctify

Q.13: How can I get an m3u file?

To get an m3u file please click on the link we’ve sent you.

Q.14: When will VOD be updated?

We update VOD every 3 or 6 months.

Q.15: Does Nougatv offer a lifetime subscription?

yes but only in cccam, not IPTV, IPTV we offer a maximum of 2 years, and it’s not available on our pricing list, contact us for the price

Q.1: How can I get a reseller account?

To get a reseller account please register on our web: https://nougatv.com/iptv-reseller/ as a reseller. After register please contact us to activate your account.

Q.2: How does the reseller panel work?

The method it works is, you purchase a definite quantity of credits. The supplier also will got wind of a portal from that you’ll be able to then manage your credits, add your customer’s subscription. Reselling account, the right IPTV reselling solutions the least bit. Reseller system relies on Credits, thus it’s not time-based and it’ll not expire. You can create sub reseller and sell credit for your sub reseller with the higher price when you buy it from us. The price for credit you can decide it but you can change amount credit for subscription duration it is fixed with credits we actually use.

Q.7: How can I buy credit? Can I make my Payment with Paypal? How about a discount?
